Very pricy
A second time I went into the store after ordering a book I was told was available to find when the book would arrive. I went over to the customer service desk to ask. As I was wait the guy in front of me asked where he could find the book he was looking for and the lady he was talking to was incredibly rude to him; treating him like a five year old. After I asked the lady when my book would arrive to which the lady retorted "What did you order it Saturday night". I told her no the day before, and she then rudely asked me if I received two emails like I was some idiot. I told her no only one. She then presided to ask me again like I was oblivious. I responded no I had only received the confirmation email. She then told me to go over the pick up table.(she obviously didn't believe I had only gotten 1 email). I went over to the desk only to be told that the book was on hold and I'd have to go back to customer service(where I originally was). Once there I asked the guy there if I could find out when my book would arrive. He rudely responded to me "How am I suppose to know", like I was some kind of idiotic jerk. He then continued to ask me what the book name was, and then my name, before berating me about how he should know and then told me to go back to the pick up line, that it was their area. I then told him all I need to know is how long it normally takes, or a rough estimate of when it might come in. He told me UPS normally arrives at about noon.(again rudely) I then said thank you and went straight for the Durham Book Exchange where I was able to pick up the book in minutes and the book was cheaper. Oh ya, and the book did not arrive at noon that day(what a surprise). Avoid at all cost.
I was expecting a larger selection of clothing for a school the size of UNH. They have a large selection of supplies but the clothing section is definitely lacking and the nice stuff they have is very over priced.
Bookstore had everything I needed but was much more expensive than some other alternatives.
AVOID AT ALL COST
On multiple occasions I have ordered books online with it saying the book is availabl e, only to find out that they do have the book, that it is on hold and I will have to wait 2-3 weeks for the book to come in. The first time it happened after 2 weeks of not getting a book I was then sent an email telling me that the book was on hold and I had to wait another 2-3 weeks for the book to come in.
